Cotton Twill Shell with Thinsulate and Fleece Winter Liner - Featuring three warming layers, this winter liner is constructed of a navy blue cotton twill shell, a 3M�?� Thinsulate thermal middle layer, and a heavyweight red polyester fleece lining. The outer shell and binding are flame retardant until washed, and the polyester fleece lining and fasteners are flame resistant. This winter liner is should length for added protection from the cold.
