3M™ Acoustical Type 1 Sound Calibrator is designed to use with 3M sound level meters and noise dosimeters. Calibrator with two frequency levels and one sound pressure level finds application in construction, metal processing, food and beverage manufacturing and military. It runs on a single 9V battery with a expected life of 18 hrs. It generates two settings with either 250 Hz or 1000 Hz at a sound pressure level of 114dB. Calibrator conforms to IEC 60942 for sound calibrators and ANSI S1.40-1983 specifications.
